精心心理护理对功能性内窥镜患者焦虑的影响

Effect of Careful Psychological Nursing on Anxiety of Functional Endoscopic Patients

目的探讨综合精心心理护理干预对功能性内窥镜手术患者焦虑状况的影响。方法选择2015年11月—2017年9月本院收治的慢性鼻窦炎实施功能性鼻内镜手术治疗者80例,随机数字法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合精心护理。比较干预过程中(干预前、干预后1天、干预后3天及出院时)患者焦虑评分和生活质量评分变化情况分,统计两组术前准备时间及总住院时间。结果干预后1天、干预后3天及出院时,观察组其焦虑评分和生活质量得分、术前准备时间、总住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对实施功能性内窥镜手术的鼻窦炎存在心理焦虑患者,实施本研究综合性精心护理干预,可显著改善患者焦虑心理,提高患者生活质量,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of careful psychological nursing on anxiety of functional endoscopic patients.Methods 80 cases with chronic sinusitis who underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery from November 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled.The random number method was divided into two groups,40 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was implemented with comprehensive care.The patients'anxiety scores and quality of life scores were compared during the intervention(pre-intervention,1 day after intervention,3 days after intervention,and discharge).The preoperative preparation time and total hospitalization time were counted.Results The quality of life scores and anxiety scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 1 day after intervention,3 days after intervention,and discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative preparation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total hospital stay was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with psychological anxiety who have undergone functional endoscopic sinusitis,comprehensive and careful nursing intervention in this study can significantly improve patients'anxiety,improve patients'quality of life and shorten hospital stay.
