JCI标准用于血液净化护理管理中的价值研究

Value Research of JCI Standard for Blood Purification Nursing Management

目的研究将JCI标准应用于血液净化护理管理中的效果。方法选择2016年3月—2017年4月在我院血液透析室接受血液净化治疗的患者(100例)为研究对象并随机将这些患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采取血液透析科的常规护理方式;观察组采取的护理管理方式是JCI标准进行管理。对比两组患者干预后不良事件的发生率、患者护理满意度。结果观察组相比于对照组在消毒剂、物体表面、透析用水、工作人员手、透析治疗间空气以及透析液具有更高的合格率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用JCI标准后能够显著降低不良事件的发生率,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提高患者对护理的满意度两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析室内将JCI标准应用于血液净化护理管理中具有较好的管理效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of applying JCI standard in blood purification nursing management.Methods Patients who underwent blood purification treatment in our hospital's hemodialysis room from March 2016 to April 2017(100 patients)were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group took the routine nursing method of the hemodialysis department;the nursing management method adopted by the observation group was managed by the JCI standard.The incidence of adverse events and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of disinfectant,object surface,dialysis water,staff hand,air and dialysate in the dialysis treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The application of JCI standard could significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in improving the satisfaction of patients with nursing care between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of JCI standard in blood purification nursing management in hemodialysis room has a good management effect and is worthy of promotion.
