摘要
目的探讨层级管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用价值。方法以2015年5月—2016年6月38名心内科护理管理的护士为对照组,进行常规管理,以2016年7月—2017年4月40名护士观察组,实施层级管理模式,比较两组医生对护士工作的满意度,评估患者对护士工作满意度,管控小组对护士工作的护理质量进行评估。结果观察组的医生满意度(95.42±2.50)分、患者对护士工作满意度(94.15±1.80)分,均显著高于对照组,护理质量(96.40±2.05)分,也优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科实施积极的层级管理模式,能明显提升护士服务工作的整体满意度和质量水平,具有积极的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical management model in nursing management of Cardiology department.Methods 38 nurses in cardiology nursing management from May 2015 to June 2016 were taken as the control group,and 40 nurses in observation group from July 2016 to April 2017 were taken as the control group to implement the hierarchical management model.The satisfaction of the nurses'work was compared between the two groups of doctors,the patient's satisfaction with the nurses was evaluated,and the quality of care of the nurses'work was evaluated by the control team.Results The satisfaction of doctors in the observation group(95.42±2.50)points and the satisfaction of nurses(94.15±1.80)points were significantly higher than those in the control group.The quality of care(96.40±2.05)points was also better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of active hierarchical management mode in cardiology department can significantly improve the overall satisfaction and quality level of nurses'service work,and has positive promotion value.
