Spending Lifetime In Bilingual Education

“教育需要时间、需要沉淀,尤其是细节方面,需要不断地改进,我这辈子做的就是这件事,对我来说,用三年、五年甚至一生都没关系,只要在这个时间段,这件事情一直是在往好的方向发展,那我就问心无愧了。”几十年来,高薇在教育这条路上越走越远,从第一次站上讲台,到初次接触国际化的教育领域,到后来不顾众人反对丢掉公立学校的“金饭碗”转而“下海”,先后经历过五所学校的创办和发展,在她眼里,教育已经在朝着她希望的方向开始前进。

Education takes time, takes time to settle down, and takes time toimprove, especially in the details, and that’s what I’ve been doing all my life. For me, it doesn’t mat ter if it takes three years, five years or even a lifetime, as long as it has been moving in a good direction in this period, then I have no qualms." Over the past decades, GaoWei has gone further and further along the road of education. After her first contact with the international education field, she decided to quit from the public school which has better benefits but to take office in the private school. She has served in five schools and experienced the creation and development of them. In her eyes, education has started to move for ward in the direction she wants.
