摘要
新疆某铀矿床是我国首个采用原地浸出采铀工艺的砂岩型铀矿床,已酸法地浸开采近30年。为减轻退役负担,提高铀资源回收率,本文以该矿床老采区矿石为对象,开展了室内强化浸出试验,浸出试验条件SO4^2-15g/L、Fe^3+1.5g/L、H2SO42.5g/L、液固比2:1。两轮强化浸出试验中,浸出液铀浓度最高为0.099g/L,对应浸出率为77.4%。结果表明,虽然经过长时间的酸法地浸,研究矿石整体铀品位不高,但矿石中仍有一部分铀资源可经强化浸出处理后浸出。试验结果证明,地浸矿山退役前进行强化浸出或二次开发在技术上是可行的。
The studied uranium deposit in Xinjiang is the first sandstone-type uranium deposit in China that has been in situ leaching and uranium mining. It has been acid leached for nearly 30 years. In order to reduce the burden of decommissioning and improve the recovery rate of uranium resources, this paper carried out an indoor enhanced leaching test for the ore in the old mining area of the deposit. The leaching test conditions were SO4^2- 15 g/L, Fe^3+ 1.5 g/L, and H2SO4 2.5 g/L, liquid to solid ratio of 2:1. In the two-round enhanced leaching test, the uranium concentration of the leachate was up to 0.099 g/L, and the corresponding leaching rate was 77.4%. The results show that although the overall uranium grade of the ore is not high after long-term acid leaching, some uranium resources in the ore can be leached after enhanced leaching treatment. The test results prove that it is technically feasible to carry out intensive leaching or secondary development before the decommissioning of the in-situ mine.
