摘要 板框隔膜压滤机应用于国内市政污泥脱水行业已有10年左右时间,经过设备不断优化改进,污泥含水率基本可稳定在50%~65%。本文结合污泥深度脱水项目的设计及运行,对板框隔膜压滤机脱水工艺各单体构筑物、配套设备参数、运行效果及经济指标进行介绍。本项目污泥含水率由80%降至低于60%,污泥外运处置量缩减了1/2,一定程度上缓解了污泥外运处置困境,社会环境效益显著。 The plate frame diaphragm filter press has been used in municipal sludge dehydration industry for about 10 years. After the equipment is continuously optimized and improved, the sludge moisture content can be basically stabilized at 50%~ 65%. Based on the design and operation of the sludge depth dewatering project, this paper introduces the monomer structures, equipment parameters, operating effects and economic indicators of the dewatering process of the plate frame diaphragm press. The sludge moisture content of this project has been reduced from 80% to less than 60%. The disposal volume of sludge has been reduced by 1/2, which has eased the difficult situation of sludge disposal to a certain extent, and the social and environmental benefits are remarkable.
