摘要
废物最小化是放射性废物管理的基本原则,人们不仅要从源头控制废物产生量,也要依靠科技进步实现废物的资源化、减量化及稳定化。废物的处理、处置应紧密结合,以达到废物安全管理的目的。本文分析了我国低、中水平放射性废物处理处置现状,结合国外同类核电企业的先进做法,通过对比分析,提出了依托处置场建设集中式废物处理中心的建议。
Minimizing waste is the basic principle of radioactive waste management. People must not only control the amount of waste generated from the source, but also rely on scientific and technological progress to realize the recycling, reduction and stabilization of waste. The treatment and disposal of waste should be closely combined to achieve the purpose of waste safety management. This paper analyzes the status quo of low- and medium-level radioactive waste treatment and disposal in China, and combines the advanced practices of similar nuclear power enterprises abroad, through the comparative analysis, puts forward the proposal of building a centralized waste treatment center based on the disposal site.
