铁路建设标准化创建过程的问题分析及对策

Analysis of Problems in the Process of Establishing Railway Construction Standardization and Countermeasures

当前,铁路工程建设单位积极开展标准化创建工作,旨在提升铁路建设标准化管理水平。本文对某铁路局4个工程建设指挥部开展了标准化创建调研,对管理工作标准化,过程控制标准化以及激励约束机制标准化中存在的主要问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策,为标准化创建提供有益的借鉴。

At present, the railway engineering construction unit actively carries out the standardization creation work, aiming at improving the standardization management level of railway construction. This paper carries out the research on standardization creation of four engineering construction headquarters of a railway bureau, analyzes the main problems existing in the standardization of management work, standardization of process control and standardization of incentive and restraint mechanism, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide useful reference for standardization creation.
