摘要
文章利用计划行为理论的理论框架分析医生行为态度、主观规范及知觉行为控制对我国医生转诊行为的影响及各影响因素内在作用机制。研究发现,科室主任和同事、病人及其家属是医生转诊面临的主要社会环境压力,并且患者病情、医生能力水平、工作负荷、床位指标、医保制度、内部激励机制都会影响医生转诊。
Through using the theoretical framework of planned behavior theory(PBT),the influence of behavioral beliefs,normative beliefs and control beliefs on doctor’s referral behavior in China and the internal mechanism of these factors were analyzed.The study found that hospital department directors and colleagues,patients and their visitors are the main social environmental pressures on doctors’referral behavior.In addition,the patient’s disease,doctor’s capacity,workload,bed indicators,medical insurance system and the internal incentive mechanism will affect the referral.
