摘要
针对目前医疗服务中突出的问题,华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院积极探索大型医院优质医疗服务的信息化实现路径。门诊数字医疗服务持续改进,优化了业务流和数据流,显著减少了医疗无关环节,缩短了患者就诊时间,提升了诊疗效率和质量,提高了患者满意度。
The hospital has always been exploring how to serve patients with highly qualified service,which is also a social issue all the time.Outpatient digital medical service improves continuously,optimizes business and data flow,reduces ineffective links significantly,shortens patients’visiting time,improves diagnosis and treatment efficiency and quality,and improves patients’satisfaction.
