摘要
针对某高速动车组轴箱轴承易发生温升预警的问题,分析了轴承温度对保持架磨损的影响及保持架磨损对轴承温度的影响。确定保持架磨损原因为轴承温升异常使保持架膨胀,引起保持架和外圈挡边发生全接触,从而导致保持架产生异常磨损。分析认为:在保证轴承使用性能的前提下可适当增大保持架的引导间隙,以减少保持架磨损。
Aimed at temperature rise warning of axle box bearings for a high speed electric motor train unit(EMU),the influence of bearing temperature on wear of cages and the influence of wear of cages on bearing temperature are analyzed.The abnormal temperature rise of the bearings causes cages to expand;the full contact is occurred between cages and outer ring rib,resulting in abnormal wear of cages.The analysis suggests that on the basis of guaranteeing use performances of the bearings,the wear of cages is reduced by increasing guiding clearance of cages appropriately during design.
