国外主要卫星导航系统协同管理模式与特点 被引量:3

摘要 当前世界范围内主要国家为在激烈的国际竞争中谋求先发优势,都在不断深入推进军民协同发展。本文对国外主要卫星导航系统开展研究,总结了各国政府推进卫星导航系统军民协同发展的管理举措,并对各系统发展过程中存在的问题进行了阐述,指出了要通过管理统筹、政策保障、激发市场活力等来促进卫星导航系统协同发展。
