基于教练机的军民融合服务保障研究

Research on Civilian-military Integration Service Support Based on Training Aircraft

为解决目前教练机传统保障模式存在的问题,提出军民融合服务保障。本文从组织机构、服务保障包、性能考核指标和服务保障费用四个方面展开基于教练机的军民融合服务保障体系研究,并指出实施军民融合服务保障可在降低保障费用的同时提高军事效益。

In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional mode of training aircraft,the civilian-military integration service support is proposed.This paper researches on the civilian-military integration service support based on training aircraft by four aspects,as organizational structure,service support package,performance evaluation index and service support cost,and points out that the civilian-military integration service support can improve the military benefit while reducing the support cost.
