基于步进伺服电机的外挂物拆装车设计

摘要 随着机械自动化技术的发展,现役外挂物拆装车作为一种常规机务地面保障设备,在操作模式、人力资源及定位精度上极大地制约了保障作业效率和转场保障能力。无法满足对军用飞机航空保障设备创新发展和转场快速保障能力的要求。针对此类问题,提出一种基于步进伺服电机的组合式电动外挂物拆装车,并给出相应的设计方案。经设计评估分析,该外挂物拆装车具有高精度控制能力,可以有效地保证外挂物拆装作业对精度的使用需求。 Disassembly and installation vehicle of external storage in active service as a conventional ground support equipment for aircraft maintenance with the development of mechanical automation technology,it greatly restricts the efficiency of operation and transfer support ability of operating mode,human resources and positioning accuracy.It can not meet the requirements of innovative development of military aircraft aviation support equipment and rapid transit support capability.For this problem,a modular electric disassembly and installation vehicle of external storage based on step-servo motor is designed,and the corresponding designs scheme is gi-ven.Disassembly and installation vehicle of external storage has high precision control ability through design evaluation and analysis,which can effectively guarantee the accuracy of the use requirements for the disassembly and installation of external storage.
