摘要
径向支撑力作为支架一个重要的物理性能参数,直接影响到硅酮支架产品的性能,决定硅酮支架对狭窄部位气管组织的支撑能力和恢复气道正常的流通。研究从硅酮气道支架的结构尺寸、支架长度和材料硬度三方面关键性因素着手,分析对径向支撑力的影响。通过对比研究发现,硅酮气道支架的径向支撑力与产品选用的材料硬度、长度、壁厚大小成正相关。
Radial support force is a very important physical performance,as it affects the quality of the silicone airway stent product and determines the support capacity of the stent which make sure the air can flow in the airway smoothly.In this study,the key factors of silicone airway stents which have important influence on radial support force were analyzed,including the structural dimensions,stent length and material hardness.Through this comparative study,it is found that the radial support force is positively correlated with the hardness,length and thickness of the silicone airway stent.
