探讨锁定钢板内固定在治疗下肢骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连的临床疗效。方法:于本院2017 年5 月~2018年5 月内接收的下肢骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连患者中选取82 例,随机分为观察组(41 例)与对照组(41 例)。对照组接受动力化方式治疗,观察组接受锁定钢板内固定治疗。对比临床疗效,并观察手术基本情况以及术后骨不连处愈合情况。结果:观察组治疗优良率高于对照组;观察组手术时间、术中出血量高于对照组,骨不连愈合时间、住院时间低于对照组;观察组成角畸形率、下肢短缩畸形率均低于对照组,P<0.05,均有统计学意义。结论:下肢骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连患者接受锁定钢板内固定治疗效果更为理想,可缩短骨不连愈合时间,改善骨不连愈合情况。
