摘要
上世纪90年代蒙古国实行市场经济体制以来,伴随着经济的恢复与发展,蒙古国经济环境有了明显的改善,为矿业开发的快速发展提供了有利条件。但蒙古国政治经济形势不稳定,各项基础设施较为落后,劳动力资源短缺等许多现实问题的存在,也影响了矿业开发的进一步发展。本文仅对中蒙两国铜精矿·二氧化硅测定方法进行比对分析,找出中蒙两国同类产品测定技术标准的相同点和不同点,为中国铜精矿标准在蒙古国的适用性提供参照。
Since the implementation of the market economy system in the 1990s, along with the economic recovery and development, Mongolian economic environment has been significantly improved, providing favorable conditions for the rapid development of mining development. However, the political and economic situation of Mongolia is not stable, the infrastructure is relatively backward along with the existing problems of labor resource shortage and many other practical issues, which also affect the further development of mining development. This paper compares and analyzes the determination methods of copper concentrate and silicon dioxide in China and Mongolia, and finds out the similarities and differences of the determination technical standards of similar products in China and Mongolia, providing reference for the applicability of Chinese copper concentrate standard in Mongolia.
