Study on the Verification and Improvement of the Unified Social Credit Code

数据校核是统一社会信用代码制度实施过程中的一个重要保障措施,通过计算机程序自动校核和人工校核相结合,能够发现问题数据,并通过“校核--纠错”机制进行纠正,从而维护统一社会信用代码的唯一、稳定属性,保证统一代码信息的准确、完整和时效。基于统一代码校核实践,举例解析了校核方法,分析了存在的问题,进行了改进思考,为统一代码校核的进一步优化提供了新思路。

Data verification is an important security measure during the implementation of the unified social credit code system. Based on the combination of automatic verification by computer program and manual verification, problem data can be detected and corrected through the "verification-correction" mechanism. Thus, the uniqueness and stability of unified social credit code can be maintained, so as to make sure its accuracy, completeness and time effectiveness.This paper, based on the practices of unified social credit code verification, conducts a case analysis of the verification method, and analyzes the existing problems, thereby offering new inspirations on further optimization of unified social credit code verification.
