摘要
因供应链上的用户面临许多食品安全挑战,ISO组织修订了ISO22000标准,引入了所有管理体系标准都适用的高阶结构,采用基于风险思维的新方法,澄清了控制措施等相关概念。本文对上述变化进行了解释,并就重点变化进行了举例说明,以便于ISO 22000:2018标准的使用。
Because the users in the supply chain are facing many food safety challenges, ISO has revised the ISO 22000, introduced a high-order structure applicable to all management system standards, and clarified the related concepts such as control measures by adopting a new method based on risk thinking. In this paper, the above changes are explained, and the key changes are illustrated with examples, so as to facilitate the use of ISO 22000: 2018.
