基于南宁地质条件下构建的基坑支护地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装安全施工探索 被引量:2

Exploration on Safety Construction of Reinforcement Cage Lifting for Underground Diaphragm Wall Supported by Foundation Pit Based on Nanning Geological Conditions

摘要 当前,各地城市化进程不断加快,对于地铁建设需求也在不断增加,随着地下连续墙施工技术日渐成熟,深基坑工程开始广泛应用于地铁施工当中。由于基坑深度的逐步加大,地下连续墙钢筋笼长度增长导致质量越来越大,整个施工难度也越来越高。为确保基坑支护地下连续墙工程的施工质量,超大超深的地下连续墙钢筋笼需要一次性整体吊装。论文以南宁市轨道交通5号线一期工程(那洪-金桥客运站)旱塘站中的地下连续墙钢筋笼为例,简单分析了钢筋笼吊装是安全施工的基本保障。 With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand for metro construction,with the gradual maturity of diaphragm wall construction technology,deep foundation pit engineering began to be widely used in metro construction.As the depth of foundation pit increases gradually,the length of reinforcing cage of diaphragm wall increases,which leads to more and more heavy weight,and makes the whole construction more and more difficult.In order to ensure the construction quality of diaphragm wall supported by foundation pit,it is necessary to hoist the reinforcing cage of super-large and super-deep diaphragm wall once and for all.Taking the reinforced cage of underground diaphragm wall in Hantang Station of Nanning Rail Transit Line 5 Phase I Project(Nahong-Jinqiao Passenger Station)as an example,this paper simply analyses that the hoisting of reinforced cage is the basic guarantee of safe construction.
