泄压装置泄压值设定对IG541灭火系统的灭火影响分析

摘要 通过对某地铁工程中的0.4kV开关柜式室气体灭火系统的实体试验,进行了气体灭火系统保护内气压、氧浓度、温度、管网压力等测量和数据采集,对试验过程中的灭火指标(保护区内压力、氧浓度、温度)进行了数据分析,对规范中没有明确的保护区泄压装置压力值的大小进行了灭火验证和理论分析,从而得出泄压值在较小情况下对灭火效果无影响,且还能起到保护建筑结构及门窗不受破坏。该试验得到了第三方权威机构认证,取得了试验报告。 Based on the actual test of gas fire extinguishing system in 0.4kV switchgear chamber of a metro project,the measurement and data acquisition of gas fire extinguishing system protection internal pressure,oxygen concentration,temperature,pipe network pressure and so on are carried out.The data of fire extinguishing indexes(pressure,oxygen concentration,temperature)in the test process are analyzed.Through analysis,the fire extinguishing validation and theoretical analysis of the setting pressure value of the pressure relief device in the protection area which is not specified in the code are carried out.It is concluded that the pressure relief value has no influence on the fire extinguishing effect in a relatively small case,and can also protect the building structure and doors and windows from damage.The experiment was witnessed by the third party authority and the test report was obtained.
