Study on the Airworthiness Security of Process Design of Inflight-Catering Facilities

航空配餐设施作为机场地面保障设施,其建筑工程设计应符合民航有关安全保卫要求的规定,建筑工艺设计应为企业的安全保卫工作提供保证。论文分析了航空配餐设施的生产运营现状,梳理其内外部物流联系,总结了航空配餐建筑中安全保卫管控流程,提出了建筑工程设计中安全保卫规划设计要点。

As the ground support facilities of the airport,the construction engineering design of aviation catering facilities shall conform to the provisions of civil aviation on security requirements.Its architectural technology design should guarantee the safety and security work of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the manufacturing operation status of inflight-catering facilities,combs its internal and external logistics links,and summarizes the workflows of security management and control in inflight-catering facilities,puts forward the key points of security planning programming in architectural engineering design.
