摘要
在城市化发展的进程中,雨洪控制及雨水资源化利用已经成为当前面临的热点问题,越来越被人们所重视。论文结合北京市实际情况,以北京东部某新建住宅园区为例,对城市小区雨水控制与利用设计进行了初步探索。该园区通过采用透水砖铺装、下凹式绿地、雨水调蓄池等方式加强雨水入渗补充地下水,削减了小区外排洪峰流量,减轻了城市排水设施负担,同时,能够减少雨水在降落及径流过程中携带的污染物质对受纳水体的污染,发挥了改善生态环境的作用,对类似项目具有较高的借鉴价值。
In the process of urbanization,rainwater control and resource utilization has become a hot issue,and more and more people pay attention to it.Based on the actual situation of Beijing,this paper takes a newly-built residential park in the east of Beijing as an example,and makes a preliminary exploration on the rainwater control and utilization design of urban residential area.By adopting permeable brick paving,sunken green space,rainwater storage tank and other methods,the park strengthens rainwater infiltration and replenishes groundwater,reduces the peak discharge of the drainage outside the community,and reduces the burden of urban drainage facilities.At the same time,it can reduce the pollution of pollutants carried by rainwater in the process of falling and runoff on the receiving water body,play a role in improving the ecological environment,and has a high reference value for similar projects.
