我国社会发展及国民经济发展都离不开水利工程的建设,做好水利施工管理工作,有利于促进企业施工在管理成效方面的提升,也有利于促进企业经济效益的提升,还能够有效提高企业的信誉度,从整体上提升企业的竞争力,获得最大化的经济效益。因此,做好水利施工管理工作极其重要。论文对目前水利工程在施工管理中存在的一些问题以及水利工程建设中的每个重要环节进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了加强水利工程施工管理的策略,旨在能够为水利工程施工管理水平的提升提供参考和建议,推动我国水利工程更好地发展。

China's social development and national economic development are inseparable from the construction of water conservancy projects.To do a good job in the management of water conservancy construction is conducive to promoting the improvement of enterprise construction in terms of management effectiveness,and conducive to promoting the economic efficiency of enterprises,effectively improve the credibility of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises as a whole,and maximize economic benefits.Therefore,it is imperative to do a good job in water conservancy construction management.This paper analyses some problems existing in the construction management of water conservancy projects and every important link in the construction,and puts forward some strategies to strengthen the construction management of water conservancy projects.It is hoped that through the analysis and exploration of this paper,some references and suggestions can be provided for the improvement of the construction management level of water conservancy projects and the promotion of water conservancy projects in China.
