社会经济的发展推动着我国城市化建设进程不断向前迈进,人民的生活水平逐渐提高,对生活质量提出了更高的要求。如今房地产市场销售热度居高不下,住户对房屋工程的建造质量也提出了更高的要求,工程建设数量的增加和建造品质的提升,成为了工程质量安全监督面临的重要课题。运用新技术、新理念来提高建设工程质量安全监督管理刻不容缓,近年来,信息化给予了建筑工程行业质量安全监督管理新的思路。论文主要研究了如何建设工程质量安全监督管理信息化,并分析了历程和原因,提出了对策。

The development of social economy has promoted the process of urbanization in China,and people's living standards have been gradually improved,which puts higher requirements on the quality of life.Nowadays,the sales of the real estate market is still high,and the residents have put forward higher requirements for the construction quality of the housing project.The increase of construction quantity and the improvement of construction quality have become an important subject in engineering quality and safety supervision.It is imperative to use new technologies and new ideas to improve the quality and safety supervision and management of construction projects.In recent years,information technology has given new ideas to the quality and safety supervision and management of the construction industry.This paper mainly studies how to construct the engineering quality and safety supervision and management informationization,and analyzes the process and reasons,and puts forward countermeasures.
