羊膜在眼表疾病治疗的研究进展

羊膜是眼病治疗中常用的辅助材料.随着组织工程的发展,以羊膜为基础制备的新型羊膜制品(如羊膜滴眼液、交联羊膜、药物羊膜和羊膜细胞培养载体等)不仅保留了羊膜的组织生物学特征(如低免疫原性、促进上皮形成、抗纤维化和抗炎性、抗新生血管形成、抗菌性等),还赋予了羊膜新的优良特性,使羊膜在眼表疾病(如急性或慢性化学性眼烧伤、持续性角膜上皮缺损、大泡性角膜病变、角巩膜溃疡等)治疗上更加方便、有效,展现了广阔的临床应用前景。

Amniotic membrane is a common auxiliary material used in the treatment of eye diseases.With the development of tissue engineering,new amniotic membrane preparations based on amniotic membrane(such as amniotic meinbrane eye drops,cross-linked amnion,drug amnion and amniotic cell culture vectors)not only retain the histopathological characteristics of amnion(such as low immunogenicity,promotion of epithelial formation,anti-fibrosis and anti-inflammatory,anti-angiogenesis,antibacterial,etc.),also confers new and excellent characteristics of amniohc1 membrane,making amniotic membrane more convenient and effective in the treatment of ocular surface diseases(such as acute or chronic chemical eye bums,persistent epithelial defect,foamy keratopathy,corneal and scleral ulcer,etc.),showing a broad prospects for clinical application.
