乘员腰椎载荷与翻卷管启动载荷关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对不锈钢翻卷管吸能器的研制与启动载荷设定的难题,首先采用实验与有限元模拟的方法验证了一种不锈钢翻卷管成形新工艺的可行性。然后在前处理软件MSC.Patran中建立了乘员-座椅-吸能器系统的有限元模型,并采用非线性瞬态问题求解器MSC.Dytran,耦合人体响应计算程序ATB(articulated total body),仿真了系统的坠撞过程,得到了不同启动载荷翻卷管吸能器保护下的乘员腰椎载荷曲线,并理论推导出了乘员腰椎载荷与翻卷管启动载荷的关系。研究结果表明乘员腰椎载荷与翻卷管启动载荷呈正线性关系。 The objective of this paper is to resolve the difficulties of stainless steel inversion tube energy absorber forming process and its initial load design.Firstly,the feasibility of a new inversion tube energy absorber forming process was proved via experiments and simulations.Then,a pre-processing software,MSC.Patran,was used to establish the finite element model of occupant/seat/energy absorber system.The crush process of this system was simulated in a nonlinear transient solver,MSC.Dytran,associated with ATB(articulated total body) program.The lumbar spine loads under the protection of energy absorbers with different initial load were obtained.Besides,the relationship between occupant lumbar spine load and inversion tube initial load was investigated by theoretical analysis.Results show that the relationship between the lumbar spine load and the inversion tube initial load is positive linear.
