摘要
重型液力自动变速器的最佳换挡点的选取,对于车辆的整体动力性和工作效率等研究具有重要意义。针对重型液力自动变速器换挡控系统的数学模型,为解决车辆换挡最佳点的选取和液力变矩器效率低等问题,改善传统的单参数和双参数换挡规律无法实时根据行驶环境调整换挡,引入了模糊控制方法,基于传统的两参数换挡规律提出了模糊换挡控制策略,并验证了以车速和油门开度的两参数模糊换挡规律的正确性。仿真结果表明,上述方法在换挡点选取效果显著,提高了车辆行驶的动力性。
The selection of the best shift point for the heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission is of great significance for the research on the overall dynamics and work efficiency of the vehicle.In order to solve the problem of choosing the best point of vehicle shift and the low efficiency of torque converter and so on,the improvement of the traditional single-parameter and two-parameter shift schedule can not be carried out in real time according to the mathematical model of shift control system of heavy duty hydraulic automatic transmission.This paper introduces a fuzzy control strategy based on the traditional two-parameter shift schedule,and verifies the correctness of the fuzzy shift schedule with two parameters of vehicle speed and throttle opening.The simulation results show that the above method has a remarkable effect at the shift point and improves the driving force of the vehicle.
