我国社会主要矛盾的历史性变化要求高等教育必须进行全方位深层次变革以适应新形势。在逻辑上,高等教育变革是解决社会主要矛盾的支点之一,社会主要矛盾变化影响高等教育变革的方向。从社会主要矛盾变化的视角看,我国高等教育依然存在结构、资源分布以及国际交流格局不平衡的问题,面临内涵发展和公平推进不充分等困境。未来需要以精准解决问题为导向,推动高等教育协调、均衡、开放、内涵与共享发展,实现高等教育发展体系、模式、方向、境界和格局的转型升级。

The historical changes of the major social contradictions in China require that higher education should make comprehensive and profound reforms to adapt to the new situations.Logically,higher education reform is a supporting point for solution to major contradictions in the society.The changes of the major social contradictions have an impact on the direction of higher education reform.From the perspective of these changes,problems of imbalanced structures,resource distribution and world exchanges still exist in Chinese higher education development,facing the dilemma of connotation development and insufficient fair advancement.In the future,we need to be oriented by accurate problem-solving,promote the development of higher education based on coordination,balance,openness,connotation and sharing,and realize the transformation and upgrade of higher education development system,model,direction,realm and patterns.
