中国新型高校智库面临的挑战与突破路径

高校智库作为重要的思想库,体现国家的意识形态。中国新型高校智库被赋予中国特色新时代内涵,具有中国特色性和新型性。然而中国新型高校智库在发展过程中面临诸多问题,经过分析发现,高校智库高度依附政府和高校,缺乏独立性;研究成果推广体系不健全,推广途径单一;项目管理体制不完善;知识供给存在"质的下降",很难产生实质性的影响力。因此,中国新型高校智库建设需做到,多方位保持独立性;健全研究成果推广体系;完善项目管理体制;从粗放式经营转变到集约式经营方式,获得知识供给"质的提升"等。
