The Value Generation and Realization Path of Ideological Management Curriculum in Higher Vocational Education Under Vision of “Modern Professionals”

现代职业人反映高职教育人才培养的目标定位,具有丰富的内涵。从思想价值与工具价值的耦合、技能教育与人文教育的融合、显性教育与隐性教育的结合、系统性与协同性的统一等角度,挖掘高职课程思政在培养现代职业人中的价值功能。以此为视角,从理念引领、资源挖掘、平台支持、文化引领等层面,探索高职课程思政的改革路径。

Modern professionals reflect the goal orientation of talent training in higher vocational education and have rich connotations.From the perspective of the coupling of ideological value and instrument value,the integration of skill education and humanities education,the combination of explicit education and recessive education,and the unity of system and synergy,the paper is intended to explore the value function of the curriculum in cultivating modern professionals.From the perspective of concept leadership,resource mining,platform support,cultural leadership,this paper explores the reform path of ideological and political curriculum.
