摘要
机动车以合理的速度行驶也涉及一定的风险,即便这种驾驶是使用计算机控制并拥有无故障的硬件和完美感觉的驾驶。完全自动驾驶的车辆必须不断地决定如何在没有驾驶员监督的情况下合理地分配这些风险。这些是一个自动驾驶的车辆无法避免碰撞的情况下的道德决策。这里主要介绍了自动驾驶汽车的道德行为概念,认为在这个领域需要应对预期的各种批评,并侧重从机器伦理维度讨论了道德决策模型研究及其相关应用。
There are risks involved in driving a motor vehicle at a reasonable speed, even if it is a computer-controlled vehicle with trouble-free hardware and a sense of perfection. Fully automated vehicles must constantly de cide how to allocate these risks without driver supervision. These are ethical decisions in situations where an auto mated vehicle cannot avoid collision. This paper mainly introduces the concept of moral behavior of autonomous ve hicles ,and argues that it is necessary to deal with various expected criticisms in this field. In addition, the re search on moral decision-making model and its related application are discussed from the perspective of machine ethics.
