摘要
On March 19th, the Environmental Protection and Resource Conservation Promotion Committee of China National Textile and Apparel Council, jointly with the Green Finance Committee of Shanghai Lujia- zui Financial City Council and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), introduced the upgraded version of the “ Zero Discarding of Old Clothes” industrial chain action into Shanghai, and jointly built the pilot project of the public service platform based on “Internet plus” for the intellectualized utilization of waste textiles.
