Behavioral Safety Management of Tobacco Enterprises Based on Bayesian Network

基于行为安全“2-4”模型的理论框架,通过模糊语义-数字概率估算的方法,构建了行为安全“2-4”模型的带权重的定性贝叶斯网络,对烟草生产企业员工不安全行为的影响因素及其内在的联系进行研究。结果表明:该方法能够分析得到不同影响因素对员工产生不安全行为的影响力大小,帮助企业安全管理人员梳理工作思路,有针对性地开展安全管理工作,对指导烟草生产企业的安全管理、提高安全管理效率和水平具有实际意义。

Based on the theoretical framework of behavioral safety "2-4" model,this paper constructs a weighted qualitative Bayesian network for behavioral security "2-4" model by using the method of fuzzy semantics digital probability estimation and then the paper studies the factors that affect the unsafe behavior of employees in tobacco manufacturing enterprises and its internal correlation.The results show that this method can analyze the influence of the factors on the unsafe behavior of employees,help safety managers to sort out their working ideas,and carry out targeted safety management work.It is of practical significance to improve the efficiency and level of safety management.
