新建本科院校学术期刊编辑出版中的矛盾审思与化解——基于个体利益相关者的视角

摘要 新建本科院校主办的学术期刊,围绕、连接、聚集了不同的利益相关者,就个体利益相关者而言,作者是期刊论文生产的高度利益相关者,编辑主体是内容编辑加工的高度利益相关者,专职主编是出版活动管理的主要利益相关者,编委与审稿专家是期刊内容提升的主要利益相关者,读者是学术内容传播的利益相关者。以编辑活动为中心,各利益主体之间产生各种矛盾与冲突,而化解冲突的对策在于:以编辑主体为中心的沟通协调,以专职主编为核心的统筹运转,以编委与审稿专家为辅助的学术支撑,以质量为基础的流程优化,从而满足各方的利益诉求,促进学术期刊的健康与可持续发展。 Academic journals of newly built undergraduate colleges and universities have gathered connections and different stakeholders around it.As far as individual stakeholders are concerned,the author is the stakeholder of journal articles production.The editor is the stakeholder of the content editing.Full-time editor is the main stakeholder of publishing activity management.Journal editors and reviewing experts are stakeholders of content promotion.The reader is the stakeholder of the spread of the academic content.With editing activity as the center,there are various contradictions and conflicts between different stakeholders.The editor is responsible for communication and coordination.The full-time editor serve as the core as a whole,assisted by editors and reviewing experts for academic support.The quality is the basis for process optimization,so as to satisfy the interests of the parties and promote the healthy and sustainable development of academic periodicals.
