基于计算机软件的摄影机器人底盘结构优化设计

摘要 应用SolidWorks三维机械设计软件中的静力学算例、设计算例和拓扑算例对摄影机器人的底盘结构进行优化设计。对原有的摄影机器人底盘结构进行三维建模和静力学应力分析,确认厚度尺寸偏大,导致底盘质量偏大。应用设计算例对摄影机器人底盘的厚度进行寻优,根据寻优结果重新设计底盘模型。对重新设计的摄影机器人底盘模型进行拓扑计算,得到材料分布结果,并根据材料分布对底盘结构进行优化。通过结构优化,有效减小了摄影机器人底盘的质量。 The chassis structure of the photographic robot was optimized by using static examples, design examples and topological examples in SolidWorks 3D mechanical design software. Through 3D modeling and static stress analysis of the chassis structure of original photographic robot, it was confirmed that the thickness was too large, resulting in a large mass of the chassis. The design example was used to optimize the thickness of the photographic robot chassis, and the chassis model was redesigned according to the optimization results. Through topological calculation of the redesigned chassis model of the photographic robot, it was available to obtain the material distribution, and the chassis structure was optimized according to the material distribution. The mass of the photographic robot chassis was effectively reduced via structural optimization.
