计算机软件交互使用快速生成弯管下料工程图

Quick Generation of Elbow Blanking Drawings by Interactive Use of Computer Software

弯管形状复杂,采用常用的单一计算机软件难以生成满足数控切割机要求的下料工程图。通过不同软件的交互使用,可以快速生成弯管的下料工程图。以等径不同平面Y形三通管和异径圆口连接管为例,对这一过程进行了介绍与分析。

The shape of the elbow is complicated, and it is difficult to generate a blanking drawing that meets the requirements of the NC cutting machine by a single computer software in common use. Through the interactive use of different software, the blanking drawing of the elbow can be quickly generated. Taking Y-shaped pipe with same diameters in different planes and round pipe with different diameters as examples,the processes were introduced and analyzed.
