摘要
角接触球轴承是飞轮的旋转支撑部件,其性能优劣对飞轮的寿命有重要影响。基于飞轮轴承的工作条件,应用ANSYS软件建立仿真模型,运用局部网格细化方法,分析飞轮轴承在机动工况下的动力学特性,为飞轮轴承的研制提供理论参考。
Angular contact ball bearings are the support members of the flywheel for rotation, and their performance has an important influence on the service life of the flywheel. Based on the working conditions of the flywheel bearing, the ANSYS software was used to establish the simulation model, and the local mesh refinement method was used to analyze the kinetic characteristics of the flywheel bearing under maneuvering conditions, which could provide a theoretical reference for R & D of the flywheel bearing.
