基于系统布置规划的烟草包装机装配车间布局设计

Layout Design of Tobacco Packaging Machine Assembly Workshop Based on SLP

基于烟草包装机装配车间业务发展的需求,采用系统布置规划方法,对烟草包装机装配车间的布局进行了设计。在设计中,对装配车间的物流和非物流关系进行分析,得到各作业单元的综合相关图和无面积拼块图,结合装配车间的约束条件,生成装配车间布局方案图。所设计的烟草包装机装配车间布局合理,有效缩短了人员走动和物料搬运的距离。

Based on the needs of the business development of the assembly workshop of tobacco packaging machine, the layout of the assembly workshop of the tobacco packaging machine was designed by using the SLP method. In the design, the logistics and non-logistics relationship of the assembly workshop were analyzed, and the comprehensive correlation diagram and the non -area patch diagram of each operation unit were obtained. Combine the constraint conditions of the assembly workshop a layout plan for the assembly workshop was generated. The designed layout of the assembly workshop for tobacco packaging machine is reasonable, which can effectively shorten the distances for personnel walking and material handling.
