亚温淬火对22SiMnCrNi2MoA钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 探讨了亚温淬火+回火热处理对22SiMnCrNi2MoA钢的组织形貌、组成相和力学性能的影响.结果表明:亚温淬火后组织为回火马氏体和少量铁素体;随着亚温淬火温度的升高,块状铁素体的量逐渐减少,使材料的强度和低温韧性逐渐增加, 840℃亚温淬火时材料具有较好的强韧性. The microstructure morphology, impact fracture surface and composition of the phase of 22SiMnCrNi2MoA steel treated by subcritical quenching and tempering processes are analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) technique and mechanical properties test. The results show that after subcritical quenching, the microstructure is composed of tempered martensite and a small amount of ferrite. With the increase of subcritical temperature, the amount of massive ferrite decreases gradually, the strength and low temperature toughness increase gradually, the strength and toughness have a better match when quenched at 840 ℃.
