摘要
针对车身覆盖件冲压成形时力学性能的改变对车门结构分析的影响,以某车型的前车门内板为研究对象,建立了完整的有限元模型,运用DYNAFORM软件对其进行了冲压成形仿真分析,并将厚度、应力、应变的分析结果作为初始值引入了车门结构分析中;同时,考虑不同成形因素,分别对车门位移量、应力和刚度进行了数值分析.结果表明:考虑成形因素之后,分析所得的车门结构在最大位移、最大应力以及扭转刚度处均存在显著变化,其中应力因素影响最大.
Aiming at the problem that the change of mechanical properties of stamping forming of auto-body panel influences the door structure, a complete finite element model is established based on the front door inner panel of a certain model. The DYNAFORM software is used to simulate the stamping forming, and the result of analysis of the thickness, stress and strain is used to analyze door structure as the initial value. At the same time, considering the different forming factors, the numerical analysis of the door displacement, stress and stiffness is carried out. The results show that, after considering the forming factor, the analysis of the car door structure has significant changes in the maximum displacement, maximum stress and torsional stiffness, among which the stress factors have the greatest influence.
