二级学院学生纪律治理现代化路径——以S高校Z学院为例

Modernization Path of Students Discipline Governance in Secondary School: A Case from Department Z of University S

二级学院学生纪律治理对于高校治理、立德树人和校风培育均发挥着重要作用。基于对S高校Z学院学生纪律治理困境的分析,从治理机构、治理制度、治理模式、治理手段等方面提出二级学院学生纪律治理现代化的五点对策:纪律治理机构实施"大部制"改革;推进纪律治理"法治化";建构自下而上汇报与自上而下监督相结合的治理模式;营造张弛有度的纪律治理氛围;采取惩处与奖励并行的纪律治理手段。

Student discipline governance in secondary school plays an important role in University governance, moral cultivation and school spirit cultivation. Based on the analysis of the Dilemmas of student discipline governance in Department Z of University S, this paper puts forward five countermeasures for the modernization of student discipline governance in Secondary College from the aspects of governance institution, governance system, governance mode and governance means: Discipline governance institutions carry out the "Giant Department Reform";promote discipline governance based on "rule by law";construct a governance model combining bottom-up reporting with top-down supervision;create a well-balanced tension and relaxation atmosphere of discipline governance;adopt discipline governance means both with punishment and reward.
