CBCT结合三维坐标系评估正畸关闭萎缩牙槽骨间隙前后牙槽骨改建 被引量:7

摘要 目的:应用CBCT评价正畸牙移动对萎缩牙槽骨的改建作用。方法:选取下颌第一磨牙缺失、牙槽骨萎缩成人患者15例,比较正畸治疗前后维持和关闭萎缩性牙槽骨区域牙槽骨高度、宽度,及皮质骨厚度的变化。结果:维持间隙组牙槽骨宽度、高度及皮质骨厚度均显著减小(P<0.05);而间隙关闭组近远中牙槽骨宽度、舌侧牙槽骨高度显著增加(P<0.05),近远中颊侧牙槽骨高度显著降低降低,近中颊侧皮质骨厚度显著减小(P<0.05),其余皮质骨厚度变化均没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:正畸牙移动有助于萎缩牙槽骨改建。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of orthodontic tooth movement on the remodeling of atrophic alveolar bone by CBCT. Methods: 15 adult patients with mandibular first molar loss and alveolar bone atrophy were enrolled. The height and width of alveolar bone and the thickness of cortical bone were compared in the space- maintenance and space-closure group before and after orthodontic treatment. Results: The width, height of the alveolar bone and cortical bone thickness in the space-maintenance group were reduced significantly (P < 0. 05). The width of the mesial and distal alveolar bone and the height of the lingual alveolar bone in the space-clo sure group were significantly increased(P <0. 05), while the height of the alveolar bone on the mesial and distal buccal sides was sig nificantly decreased, and the thickness of the cortical bone on he mesial buccal side was significantly decreased(P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in the thickness of the other cortical bones(P >0. 05). Conclusion: Orthodontic tooth movement contributes to atrophy alveolar bone remodeling.
