六经合脏腑辨证探析

Analysis of Theory of Six-Channel and Syndrome Differentiation of Zangfu for Treatment Diseases by Traditional Chinese Medicine

基于《内经》脏腑辨证与《伤寒论》六经辨证的理论渊源梳理,对六经病变的发生、发展变化和脏腑相关性进行总结,探讨六经合脏腑辨证的临床实践模式,提出六经合脏腑辨证是六经辨证和脏腑辨证的有力补充,笔者认为对此进行深入研究的推广应用能为中医临床的提高探寻更好的理论指导模式,同时也是对中医辩证理论的传承和创新,并有助于提高中医药的临床疗效。

Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation between"Zangfu" from the<Neijing>and"Six-Channel"from <Shanghanlun>, this paper summarized that the relevance of pathgenosis, development, changes of disease with Zangfu in the Six-Channel theory as well as the clinical practice model of syndrome differentiation in the theory of Six-Channel and syndrome differentiation of Zangfu. It is proposed that the syndrome differentiation of Six-Channel and Zangfu is a powerful supplement to the theory of Six-Channel and syndrome differentiation of Zangfu. We believed that it plays a significant role on TCM for promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine to solve the difficulties of disease treatment, which is the inheritance and innovation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
