摘要
分析了乙炔发生系统阻力的影响因素,通过增加气相管喷头及增大洗涤冷却塔升气帽高度,解决了发生系统阻力高的问题,单台发生器产气能力由1 900 m^3/h增加至2 200 m^3/h.
The factors influencing the resistance of acetylene generating system were analyzed. By increasing the number of gas phase pipe nozzle and the height of gas lift gap of the scrubbing cooling tower ,the problem of high resistance of acetylene generating system was solved. Acetylene production of single generator was increased from 1 900 m3/h to 2 200 m3/h.
