摘要
为研究核桃壳对黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)生物性状的影响,以黑981为供试菌株,研究不同含量(28%、56%、84%)核桃壳配方对黑木耳生育期、子实体性状以及主要矿质元素(钙、镁、铁、锌、磷)的影响。结果表明,采用供试配方均能培育出色黑、耳片厚度一致的黑木耳子实体;当核桃壳添加量为28%时(配方1),发菌速度最快,矿质元素含量较高,生物学效率高达105.91%,明显高于对照;当核桃壳添加量为56%时(配方2),菌丝生长速度最慢,且钙、镁、锌和磷的含量较低;当核桃壳添加量为84%时(配方3),风干率最大,磷元素含量较高,但生物学效率最低。
To explore the effect of walnut shell addition on biological characters of Auricularia auricula,strain Hei981 of A. auricula was used as the material to study the effects of three levels of walnut shell addition(28%,56%,84%) on growth period,fruiting body characteristics and mineral elements(calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,phosphorus). Results showed that the black fruiting body with the same thickness of A. auricula were cultivated in all experimental formulas. When the amount of walnut shell was 28%(formula 1),the hyphae growth rate was the fastest,the content of mineral elements was higher,and the biological efficiency was as high as 105.91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control. When the amount of walnut shell was 56%(formula 2),the hyphae growth rate was the slowest,and the contents of calcium,magnesium,zinc and phosphorus were low. When the amount of walnut shell was 84%(formula 3),the air drying rate was the highest,the content of phosphorus was higher,but the biological efficiency was the lowest.
