摘要
选取5株不同来源的毛头鬼伞(Coprinus comatus)菌株,通过平板筛选和酶活性检测等方法,比较其降解玉米秸秆木质纤维素的的能力,旨在筛选降解玉米秸秆能力较强的菌株。结果表明,1号、2号、4号菌株在平板筛选中的生长速度、菌丝密度、变色圈直径大于3号菌株和5号菌株;在液体培养的第10天,1号菌株产木聚糖酶、漆酶能力高于其他菌株,分别为42.36 U·mL^-1、10.39 U·mL^-1。
In this study,five strains of Coprinus comatus from different sources were selected,and the ability to degrade corn stalk lignocellulose was compared by using plate screeening and enzyme activity testing aiming at screening strains with strong ability to degrade corn stalk. The results showed that the growth rate,the hyphal density and discoloration diameter of No.l,No.2 and No.4 strain were larger compared with No.3 and No.5 strain by using the plate screening test. On the 10 th day of liquid culture,the xylanase and laccase production capacity of strain No.l were 42.36 U·mL^-1 and 10.39 U·mL^-1,respectively,which was higher than other strains.
