摘要
中药谱效关系是在中医理论指导下,将中药指纹图谱和药效学通过化学计量学模型进行关联,建立以化学分析与生物活性评价相结合的综合评价体系,有助于揭示中药药效的物质基础,成为中药有效成分预测和质量评价的方法之一。通过查阅国内外相关文献,按照抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛、祛痰、降尿酸、抗氧化、保肝、抗肝纤维化、抗骨质疏松、抗糖尿病、调节免疫等药效作用,对中药谱效关系研究成果进行分析和总结,建议开发指纹图谱化合物数据库,并实现化合物的自动匹配。
Spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is based on the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory. The results of fingerprints and pharmacodynamics of TCM which are corelated by chemometrics model, to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for revealing the material basis of the pharmacodynamics of TCM. Spectrum-effect relationship has been one of the approaches for predicting the active ingredients and quality control in natural products. The study on spectrum-effect relationship of natural products is classified and summarized through literature review from the aspects of anti-microbial,antiviral,antitumor,antiinflammatory, analgesic, expectorant, anti-trioxypurine, antioxidative, anti-hepatic fibrosis, anti-osteoporosis,antidiabetic effects,and liver protection,immunological regulation,and so on,which could offer the proposals and prospects for future research.
