Symbiotic Model Research on Green Building Projects Considering Government,Developer and Customer Simultaneously

绿色建筑是建筑业未来重要的发展方向之一,发展绿色建筑对于节能减排有重要的现实意义。论文针对绿色建筑项目发展过程中最重要的三个利益相关者,即政府、开发商和客户建立三种群共生模型,该模型可以给出三者共生稳定发展的充分条件。利用微分方程稳定性理论重点研究了绿色建筑发展初期有政府激励的三种群稳定共生充分条件和不需要政府激励的两种群稳定条件。研究结果表明,两种情形下的种群共生稳定条件均与三者之间的作用系数相关,与种群最大环境容量无关,但三种群的共生稳定条件比两种群的共生稳定条件要复杂。论文在理论分析和仿真分析的基础上提出了绿色建筑项目发展的政策建议。

Green building is one of the important development directions of the construction industry in the future, and the development of green building has important practical significance for energy conservation and emission reduction. In this paper, a symbiotic model on green building with considering the government and the developer and the customer simultaneously has been set up, which can give the sufficient conditions for the stable development of the three species symbiotic model. Based on the stability theory of differential equations, the conditions for the stability and development of the three populations which are encouraged by the government in the early stage of the development of green buildings, and the conditions for the stable development of the two groups without governments' incentive, are studied. The results show that the stable symbiotic conditions within the two situations are related to the coefficients of the three populations, and have nothing to do with the maximum environmental capacity of the three populations, but the symbiotic stability conditions of the three populations are more complex than that of the two populations. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis, the paper puts forward policy proposals for the development of green building projects.
