景区带动型乡村旅游精准扶贫:内涵、机制与实现路径 被引量:19

摘要 近年来,党和国家高度重视旅游扶贫工作,通过发展旅游业带动乡村贫困地区脱贫,成为乡村旅游扶贫的重要途径。文章对如何解决景区带动型乡村旅游精准扶贫中出现的精准度不高和针对性不强的问题展开分析和探讨。首先回顾了国内外相关理论研究文献,并在此基础上分析了景区带动型乡村旅游精准扶贫的内涵;随后从空间作用机制、动力机制、受益机制三方面详细分析了这种模式如何更好地实现"带"的功能;最后从巩固景区的核心作用、强化景区对贫困村的带动作用、景村融合一体化发展、分层分目标带动贫困户、机制设计保障旅游扶贫五个方面,提出景区带动型乡村旅游精准扶贫的实现路径,为后来学者的深入研究提供可借鉴的视角。 In recent years, our country attach great importance to tourism poverty alleviation work, and promote poverty alleviation in rural poor areas through the development of tourism, which has become an important way for rural tourism to alleviate poverty. This paper analyzes and discusses how to solve the problem of low precision and poor targeting in the precision poverty alleviation of scenic country tourism. Firstly, the paper reviews the relevant theoretical research literatures at home and abroad, and on this basis, analyzes the connotation of precision poverty alleviation in scenic area driven rural tourism. Then from three aspects of space action mechanism, dynamic mechanism and benefit mechanism, this paper analyzes in detail how this model can better realize the function of "belt". Finally from five aspects, such as consolidating the core role of scenic spots, strengthening the driving effect of scenic spots on poor villages, promoting the integrated development of landscape village integration, leading poor households in the design of the sub region, this paper puts forward the realization path of precision poverty alleviation in scenic area driven rural tourism, which provides a reference perspective for the further study of later scholars.
